What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning?

Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, appreciates it if the customer provides the cleaning team with a clutter-free environment. If that environment does not exist, our cleaning technicians may not be able to fully achieve your cleaning expectations.

 

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

If you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return and clean it again.

 

Who will be cleaning my home?

A professional house cleaner or two person team of professional house cleaners, trained and employed by Nooks and Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, will clean your home. Our residential cleaners  are drug screened and background checked through a national database. Our professional house cleaners will not eat, drink, smoke or operate any appliances while inside your home.

 

Do I need to provide house cleaning equipment and products?

We provide all cleaning equipment and products. However, we are flexible, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products and equipment. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to discuss this with the local manager in advance, so that they can properly instruct their team.

 

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Every home is as unique as the homeowner. We base your exact price on many factors including pets, clutter, floor types, as well as, the number of people who live there. We will give you a written detailed cleaning program that is customized for your home with an exact price.

 

Will you come on the same day and at the same time for each clean?

While we can commit to a specific day, there are many factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time. We do provide an estimated time of arrival on the day of your cleaning.

 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely not. In fact, most of our customers prefer not to be home when we are cleaning! If you want us to keep a key or code to enter your home, our office has video security cameras and the key/code will be kept in a commercial safe with a private coded key system that has controlled access.

 

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
 

We love pets!! If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we cleaning. For sanitary and safety reasons our teams are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

 

How do I pay for my home cleaning?

Payment is due the day of each scheduled clean. Most of our clients simply leave a check on the kitchen counter (a security envelope will be provided by us in advance) or you may pay by major credit card (we protect your personal information, please call the office and pay with a credit card and a receipt with your card number encrypted will be e-mailed directly to you). Please contact your local office for details.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA , requires a 2 business day notice. If Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, does not receive a 2 business day notice, or can’t access your home, you will be charged the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the service providers of any changes to your schedule, this must be done directly with the management of your local office. Please note that recurring service is priced at a discounted rate.

**If you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges apply. **

 

What if my cleaning falls on holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, observes we will be sure to contact you to reschedule your cleaning.

 

Can I hire your service provider directly?
 
By entering into a service agreement with Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, you agree not to hire a present or past Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, cleaning technicians introduced to you by Nooks & Crannies Cleaning Services, USA, for any home-related service. If you do wish to employ such a staff member, our referral fee is $2,000.
